1. In the cases and according to the procedure established in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the “Retail Trade Rules” and other legal acts approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania the buyer – an individual has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase agreement and return the quality goods purchased in the e-shop to the seller.
  2. The buyer may not return such goods, which are perishable, unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, or the goods may not be returned in other cases established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. The buyer must ensure that the quality, packaging and compliance with safety and hygiene requirements of the returned goods do not change.
  3. The seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods returned or exchanged by the buyer in the cases provided for in paragraph 2 of the return policy, as well as if it is established that the goods are damaged, have been removed and / or have damaged labels, torn protective film, damaged packaging, etc. and / or the goods have been used.
  4. The buyer has the right to use the right to return the goods purchased in the e-shop www.kamya.eu within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of their transfer to the buyer (transfer of the goods to the buyer or collection from the pick-up location chosen by the buyer).
  5. Returnable goods together with the purchase receipt must be sent by the buyer to the postal address – Gaižiūnų street 4, LT – 50126, Kaunas, Lithuania.
  6. After using the right to return the goods, the costs for the return of the goods shall be paid by the buyer.
  7. The buyer has the right to return all the goods purchased during one purchase and to recover all the money paid for the goods and their delivery or to waive part of the goods purchased during one purchase and to recover the money for the goods refused by the buyer.
  8. The seller informs the buyer about the progress of the return process through the given e-mail.
  9. The money for the returned goods shall be returned to the buyers within the terms and in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania – within 14 (fourteen) days from the day when the buyer notifies the seller about the withdrawal of the remotely concluded purchase agreement, the seller may not refund the amounts paid by the buyer until the goods have been returned to the seller or until the buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent to the seller.
  10. The money for the returned goods shall be returned to the buyer only by bank transfer to the buyer’s bank account. The seller does not make cash payments.
